Walk with me
I love being outdoors and walking, and I’ve found it pairs beautifully with coaching. There’s something in the natural cadence of walking and talking that helps people relax, think more freely, and get more out of the coaching experience. Along the way, moments such as reaching a wide vista or coming to a fork in the path often mirror the conversation itself, creating natural opportunities for reflection, insight, and clarity. Walking coaching can be introduced as part of a coaching package or offered as a one-off session. as a one-off session.
When we arrange a walk, we’ll agree in advance on a route, duration, and time that suits you. I typically suggest either a circular route or a walk to a specific milestone before returning along the same path, depending on what best supports the desired outcome of the coaching. The walk can be tailored to your preferences, from gentle, flat paths to something a little more challenging with hills or muddy terrain. Sessions usually last between 1 and 1.5 hours, which provides ample space for deep thinking and meaningful progress.

Packages
I find that executive coaching has the best outcomes when there are a series of coaching sessions. This allows space for exploring topics, creating actions and reflecting on the effectiveness. I offer a series of coaching packages of various durations depending on the size and nature of the desired outcomes. During each coaching package you can book sessions whenever you like. I have found that clients benefit from having a few sessions in succession at the start, and then follow a different cadence as actions and changes are being implemented. My heart is that executive coaching is in service of you and your growth, and that's why I offer flexibility rather than a fixed number of sessions. I tend to offer individual coaching sessions once you have already received coaching from me. Perhaps as a way to check-in and maintain progress on your goals and desired outcomes. About me
With over two decades as a Chartered Engineer, I have developed a deep understanding of engineering, technical professionals, and the challenges they face across diverse organisational cultures. This blend of technical, people, and organisational insight allows me to empathise fully and facilitate coaching conversations that address challenges and effectively move clients towards their goals.
I am an executive coach with a particular affinity to technical professionals. I studied at Henley Business School, and completed the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. Henley is accredited by the major coaching organisations:
- International Coaching Federation (ICF),
- European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC)
- Association for Coaching (AC)
I am professionally accredited as a Senior Practitioner through the EMCC's European Individual Accreditation (EIA) scheme.
